Return Policy
1. Change of Mind
- We will accept returns if you change your mind about the purchase. In this case, you must contact us within
14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with its original brand packaging.
2. Damaged Items
- We accept returns if the item you receive is damaged. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and if the item is damaged, contact us within 1 day of receiving your order, and please provide an image of the damage.
3. Proof of Damage
- To process your return, we require clear pictures of the damaged item as proof. Please send these photos to us along with your order details at customerservice@anutcairo.com
4. Return Process
- After contacting us our courier will pick up your purchase, provided its in its original condition. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Please note that we will not accept website returns in our stores.
5. Refund Initiation
- Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed. It will take up to 14 business days to the funds to reflect back in your account.
6. No Exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges for any reason. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to return the original item (either due to damage or a change of mind) and place a new order.
